上海騰拔質構儀助力汕頭大學和華南農業大學在國際水產領域期刊發表研究論文

    近日，汕頭大學和華南農(nong) 業(ye) 大學研究人員合作在水產(chan) 領域國際期刊《Aquaculture Reports》(IF=3.385)發表了題為(wei) "Sexual dimorphism in the texture properties of swim bladder of Nibea coibor and its molecular basis revealed by comparative transcriptome analysis"的研究論文。在該論文中，研究人員使用上海騰拔Universal TA研究型質構儀(yi) 測定了淺色黃姑魚的硬度、彈性、咀嚼性、內(nei) 聚性和剪切力等指標。
